Initial Consultation
Our journey begins with a complimentary consultation to explore your current challenges, aspirations, and whether we're the right fit for each other. This conversation is an opportunity to ask questions and discuss how coaching might support your specific leadership context.
Coaching Partnership
If we decide to work together, we'll create a customized coaching plan tailored to your specific needs and leadership context. Most engagements involve regular sessions (typically weekly or bi-weekly) over a period of 6-12 months, though this can be adjusted based on your situation.
Integration & Practice
Coaching is not just about our time together—it's about the integration and application of insights between sessions. You'll have email access for questions and reflections, and I may suggest readings, exercises, or practices to support your development and help you embody new leadership capacities.

I take a psychologically informed approach that focuses on vertical development—helping leaders expand their consciousness to meet increasingly complex challenges. This combines evidence-based coaching models with practical business experience, creating a unique blend of technical understanding and human insight.
How does your startup experience inform your coaching?
Having navigated the startup journey twice as a technical leader—first as CTO of Mind Candy (80M+ users) and then as CTO/Founder of Space Ape Games (acquired by Supercell)—I've experienced firsthand the challenges you face. This allows me to provide both empathy and practical guidance through the complex terrain of technical leadership.
What are your qualifications?
I'm a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, hold an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching, and am a member of the British Psychological Society's Coaching Psychology division. My ongoing development includes Gestalt Psychology, Transactional Analysis, Internal Family Systems, and Existential philosophy.
How is coaching different from mentoring?
While mentoring typically involves sharing advice and expertise, coaching focuses on helping you discover your own answers through powerful questions and reflection. My approach combines elements of both—drawing on my experience when relevant while primarily helping you develop your own leadership capacity and unique style.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, I work with clients globally via video conferencing. While I'm based in the London area, I've successfully coached leaders across Europe, North America, and Asia. The virtual format allows for flexibility while maintaining the depth and quality of our coaching relationship.
